1. March in Place

Steps

  • Stand tall with arms relaxed.
  • Lift one knee to a comfortable height.
  • Place the foot down softly.
  • Alternate sides in a steady rhythm.

2. Knee-to-Wall Ankle Rock

Face a wall and gently drive the knee toward it while the heel stays down. Do not let the arch collapse.

Steps

  • Stand facing a wall with one foot forward.
  • Keep the front heel on the floor.
  • Gently drive the front knee toward the wall.
  • Return to the start without letting the arch collapse.
  • Complete the reps, then switch sides.

  • Lifting the heel.

3. Calf Raise

Rise onto toes and lower slowly. Hold a wall or desk so the ankles can move cleanly.

  • Rise onto your toes.

4. Supported Single-Leg Reach

Hold support, stand on one leg, and reach the free foot slightly back. Keep the movement small and steady.

  • Hold a wall, chair, or counter lightly.
  • Stand on one leg with a soft knee.
  • Reach the free foot slightly back.

  • Keep the range small, then switch sides.

  • Leaning the chest far forward.
  • Locking the standing knee.
  • Swinging the free leg.

5. Reverse Lunge Step-Back

6. Heel-to-Toe Walk
